COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY ALCOHOL AND DRUG POLICY

Our company's drug and alcohol policy is available in the Ship HSQEMS Manual / Section 0.6, also stated on the company website. In case of detection of those who do not comply with the requirements of this policy, their employment contracts may be terminated unilaterally by the company. Compensation for all damages arising from this situation will be borne by the personnel who will be deemed to have endangered the crew, the ship and the cargo by violating this policy. The seafarer is obliged to read and understand the "Drug and Alcohol Use Policy" from the company's website before joining the ship and/or from the manuals available in the lounges after joining the ship, and to ask his/her supervisors if he/she does not understand it.
